1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and g63com ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at g63com.bet ("the Platform"). 9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Suspension & Termination

g63com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false or fraudulent account information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider

• Voluntary account closure requested by the player

Upon account closure, g63com will process any verified legitimate balance remaining in the account, net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable verification procedures. g63com's decision on account closure matters is final, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms
